Returns Policy

Custom Orders: NON-RETURNABLE

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun, no returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review your design carefully before approval.

Deposits: NON-REFUNDABLE

All deposits paid for custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are applied towards the final invoice and are non-negotiable. If you choose to cancel your custom order after deposit payment, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective custom item, please contact us immediately at its.limitless00@gmail.com with photos of the damage. Custom items cannot be replaced. However, the final price amount (excluding the deposit) will be returned to you.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your orders, send you order confirmations and updates, respond to your inquiries, improve our website and services, and send you promotional emails (which you can opt out of at any time). We never sell your personal information to third parties.
